Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm (Hawaii) Advance Class Now that you have completed the beginners classes of all 8 movements in the Tai Chi set, you are ready to take the advance class. We will go into detail foot positioning, weight and breath distribution, application of each movement in self-defense, and practicing the entire set alone. 2. Thursdays 10-11am (Hawaii) Beginners Class I will go through each movement in the second round of 8 classes, reviewing and guiding you through each step of the way. This class is great for reviewing the 8 movements in detail. For first timers, the first 8 classes helps you articulate the movements. For Tuesday advance classes (those who have learned the full set) beginners can advance their knowledge in Tai Chi. Please save these links for future zoom classes.
